Where This Is Going

This platform is just the beginning.

The goal has never been to create “just a website.” It’s about building something that changes how people access support entirely.

Short-Term Goals (Next 6–12 Months):

  • Relaunch a fully updated, easy-to-navigate platform

  • Expand resource listings across Brantford and surrounding areas

  • Build a trained volunteer team

  • Launch educational content and awareness campaigns

  • Begin podcast and storytelling initiatives

Mid-Term Goals (1–3 Years):

  • Expand services beyond one region

  • Partner with local organizations, schools, and healthcare providers

  • Develop workshops and training programs (including suicide prevention and system navigation)

  • Create a structured referral and support system

  • Advocate for gaps in services based on real user experiences

Long-Term Vision:
To become a trusted, go-to hub where people don’t just find information, they find direction, clarity, and support.

This includes:

  • A fully integrated platform that simplifies complex systems

  • Real-time support navigation tools

  • Strong community partnerships

  • Policy advocacy rooted in lived experience and research

  • A model that can be replicated in other communities

The Bigger Picture:
There are too many barriers between people and the help they need.

This work is about removing those barriers.

It’s about making sure that when someone reaches a breaking point, they don’t have to figure everything out alone.

This is still growing. Still evolving. Still being built.

And the people who choose to be part of it now are helping shape what it becomes.
